  东拉西扯：产业链

   前天晚上在Donews办公室跟eBay易趣的刘薇聊天，谈到了王建硕和客齐集。刘薇说，王建硕是个友善的人，对谁都好，eBay找到王建硕真的是找对了人。王建硕上次在北京也曾说，客齐集专注做自己最擅长的，自己不擅长的，或不是自己核心业务的，能跟别人合作就合作，分享利益。分享利益是一种开放的心态，做好了就可以打造出一个产业链。

  微软的成功，在很大程度上是因为，它构筑了一个涵盖软件、硬件、服务、培训等等领域的庞大的产业链。大家都可以从这个产业链上，拿到属于自己的那份利益。所谓产业链，通俗的解释，就是利益统一战线。在这个统一战线的最底端，是用户，只有让用户最终受益，它才构成一个产业链，否则，可能只一个骗子同盟，比如大多数短信的“产业链”。

  利益是产业链的催化剂和润滑剂，没有利益驱动，很难建立牢固的产业链。据说在台湾地区，微软每赚1块钱，合作伙伴就有8块钱的收入，在中国大陆这个数字是4-5块钱。盛大发了，是因为盛大把电信、网吧、PC厂商、传媒、出版、甚至政府，都拉进了它的产业链。盛大赚1块钱，电信就有7块钱入账，能不支持它吗？

  中国互联网的合作氛围并不好，看上去也有很多利益同盟，但合伙骗用户的太多了，真正把利益同盟当成产业链来健康经营的，很稀罕。还有很多网络公司，不喜欢合作，喜欢吃独食。看到别人有什么，马上自己也做一个，大而全，小而全，最终成了孤家寡人。

  AOL曾经是互联网的巨无霸，从接入到内容，无所不包，几乎完全不依赖外界，独立向用户提供全套的服务。不过现在，AOL的日子过得很凄惨，更惨的是没人同情它。最近它好像有点醒悟了，用John Paczkowski的话说，AOL从4年的昏迷中苏醒了。Google就很聪明，它帮助众多的网站赚钱，这些网站则帮Google赚钱，大家都屁颠屁颠地为Google效劳。广告客户也高兴，他们的广告可以出现在各种各样的网站上，而且价格低廉。所以今天，Google市值超过了800亿美元。

  并不是只有微软、Google才有能力打造产业链，合作、分享、友善，是每个人都能做到的，关键看你是否能摆得正心态。
